TICA are delighted to re-launch our Commercial Contract Support for all our members starting from 1 April 2022. Our new partnership with MPW Commercial Services will provide access to a wealth of experience and expertise for all our members. Commercial contract experts will provide you with expertise in dispute avoidance, dispute resolution and on-site commercial support and specifically:
- Preparation of accurate cost plans, budgets, contract documents, payment terms and risk analysis at the design phase of any project
- Expert knowledge and experience in relation to the Construction Act, NEC and NAECI (National Agreement for the Engineering Construction Industry)

- Advice ensuring agreement of suitable payment terms and general terms and conditions

- Cost mitigation processes, cost / value reconciliation and risk reduction
- Assessment of validity and value claims for extensions of time, loss, and expense
