The Purpose of the Form

We know that thermal insulation is often an afterthought on many of the projects our members work on. The Building Safety Act requires that organisations carrying out specialist construction trades such as thermal insulation have the correct capabilities. In reality, we still see non-specialist multi-trade contractors carrying out insulation work. We also see non-compliant product specifications and installations. TICA are determined to promote good practice, but this needs to start with those responsible for appointing suitable thermal insulation contractors. If we can evidence the scale of the issue at hand we will be better placed to promote change amongst our members’ clients. TICA Members can report issues completely anonymously.
