Medway Insulations Ltd, a family run licenced asbestos removal contractor based in Kent, has an opportunity for an Asbestos Contracts Co-ordinator to join their team, assisting the Contracts Managers in administrative duties on both small and large scale contracts within the public and private sector.

The right person for the role must have experience in the asbestos or construction industry, must be proficient in word and excel and have a clean driving licence, their main duties will include:

• Attending pre-contract meetings and site visits
• Liaising with work colleagues, customers and subcontractors
• Producing Risk Assessments and Method Statements for planned works
• Carrying outside audits
