As part of rolling out the Construction Playbook, the Cabinet Office is undertaking a review of public sector frameworks and has appointed David Mosey, a law professor at King’s College London, to lead the review. David is Professor and Director of the Centre of Construction Law & Dispute Resolution at King’s College London.

Build UK has rationalised the questions for the supply chain, and this survey should be completed by members that bid for public sector frameworks by Friday 5 March.

Build UK will then combine your responses and submit them to the Cabinet Office for review.
