The Rt Hon Kwasi Kwarteng MP, Secretary of State for Business, Energy & lndustrial Strategy (BEIS) has issued a letter to the UK Construction Sector reaffirming the messages that UK Construction should continue during the latest lockdown period.

Workers are allowed to travel and stay overnight away from their homes where this is necessary for them to undertake their work.  The latest version of the Site Operating Procedures is also referenced, procedures designed to support safer working on site which can be found here.

He goes on to thank those in the Construction Sector for making such a valued contribution to the UK economy during these difficult times.
