I hereby apply for Membership of ACAD

A member may resign from ACAD by notifying TICA-ACAD in writing three months before their renewal date. Should any notice of resignation be received by TICA-ACAD from a member after the 1st October, that member shall remain liable to pay all subscriptions for the current financial year and the next following financial year. Membership means you agree to the terms and conditions within the TICA Articles of Association.
