For almost 30 years, ACAD has been promoting best practice at the forefront of the Licensed Asbestos Industry.  Based in Darlington, ACAD operates the NVQ centre for the Asbestos Industry and represents our members with HSE, and in the wider construction industry they are represented through our membership of Build UK.  ACAD is also a part of TICA, and works closely with our on-site Awarding Organisation, IETTL.  ACAD has now reached a point where we are looking to reshape the association to meet the evolving challenges driven by our substantial membership growth in recent times.

The Association is looking for a site auditors, trainers and NVQ assessors at all levels of experience, particularly across the South of the UK.

Whilst candidates who are qualified or experienced in these roles are preferred, we are happy to receive applications from individuals without direct experience of these roles who have a good background within the Asbestos industry and who would like to develop via trainee roles.  For all these roles, you will have an enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach to work.  You will have good communication skills, take pride in your work and relish a challenge.
