In the meantime we would like to take the opportunity to remind any person (including apprentices) who plans to travel to TICA House in Darlington, for any reason, not to do so if they, or any close family relatives, have any of the symptoms of COVID 19 (a cough, a high temperature, shortness of breath) or have recently travelled back from any of the significantly affected country/areas – Iran, Italy, Wuhan city and Hubei Province in China or Daegu or Cheongdo provinces of Korea. Also if you are in an at-risk group, including those more elderly and/or those with a relevant underlying health condition (including asthma) then we suggest you do not attend TICA House.
If you are booked onto a Competence Assessment, NVQ induction or ACAD training course and any of the above restrictions affect you, please get in touch with us and we will postpone your attendance until a later date, at no additional cost.
As the UK Government moves into ‘Delay Phase’, then it could be that meetings scheduled to take place at TICA House are rearranged as remote meetings using Gotoameeting. This will be organised by TICA staff, and we will endeavour to provide as much notification as possible.
TICA will be closely monitoring Government advice. If changes are announced, we will update you and amend our training programme as necessary.
