Flexible Furlough and the Redundancy Process

TICA Chief Executive Marion Marsland and ACAD Manager Graham Warren will be joined by Paul Johnstone from Collingwood Legal – specialist Employment Law Services – to provide further clarity to TICA-ACAD members on the Government implementation of flexibility to the furlough scheme and how that can be utilised within your own organisations with employees.

We know from our survey results that unfortunately, a number of our members are considering redundancy despite their best endeavours with furlough to retain employees.  Paul will further outline the process for consultation that must take place in any redundancy situation and will be available to answer any questions throughout the webinar from our members.
