Asbestos Removal Contracts Manager Required
PA Group have an opportunity for the following full-time position as a Contracts Manager to join our asbestos team based in Longfield.
Duties will include: –
- Management of asbestos removal site and office teams, making sure compliance with HSG 247/control of asbestos regulations 2012 are met as a minimum
- Preparation of notifications, method statements, risk assessments and company
- Building an excellent rapport with new and existing
- Presenting and providing quotations for all commercial and domestic
- Strengthening of client
- Carrying out site
- Responsible for the day the day to day running of the non-licensed asbestos removal department to ensure that all business objectives are
- Working with the other Contracts Managers
- Allocating Plant and Equipment
Previous experience within this role and the asbestos industry is essential.

Location: Mainly South East (Nationwide Company) – Their offices are based in Longfield Kent.
Salary: Salary will depend on experience, please state your expected salary on CV

Asbestos Removal Supervisors Required
PA Group also have an opportunity for the following position as a Supervisor to join our asbestos team based in Longfield.
Duties will include: –
- Supervision of Asbestos Removal Jobs (Licensable & Non-Notifiable Works)
- Completion of all site paperwork, taking photos, disposal of waste and returning paperwork to office
- Supervise teams of operatives
- Liaising on site with Clients, Tenants etc
- Joint site visits with Contracts Managers to assess works
- Working on Housing Stock through to Commercial
- Can Tow Decontamination Units (Not Essential)
Must have a valid UK Driving Licence
Previous experience within this role and the asbestos industry is essential.
