We are aware that a number of TICA and ACAD Skill Card applicants have mistakenly applied for their CITB Health Safety and Environment Tests via third party websites. These websites will legitimately book the tests for you but they charge a premium for doing so, if you book directly with CITB the cost for the test is £21.

You should always book directly with CITB either by calling them on 0344 994 4488 or using their online booking system.

We also receive calls and emails from card applicants who have been misinformed regarding applying for TICA or ACAD Skill Cards, again they have mistakenly contacted a third party organisation rather than TICA/ACAD or CSCS.
