Following last year’s incredible success and glowing feedback, we’re excited to bring back the TICA-ACAD Summer Social – now at a stunning new venue, The Welcombe Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon.
Nestled in picturesque countryside, The Welcombe boasts one of the finest par-70, 18-hole championship golf courses, offering a challenging yet enjoyable experience for all abilities. Guests can also take advantage of the hotel’s luxury spa* and beautiful grounds, making this event the perfect mix of competition, relaxation, and celebration.

Golf teams consist of four players. If your organisation does not fill all four spaces, the remaining spots will be randomly allocated unless you contact the email listed below. Each team will receive one golf buggy as part of the entry fee. If you wish to hire additional buggies, please inform us via the same email by May 1st.

Smart-casual summer wear. We want everyone to feel comfortable while enjoying the evening.
OVERNIGHT ACCOMODATION:
There are limited bedrooms available at the Welcombe Hotel which are to be booked direct by ringing 01789 295252 and quoting “TICA-ACAD SUMMER SOCIAL”. Please note, these are all on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also accommodation available at Crowne Plaza stratford, Alveston manor and swans nest hotel. – please contact them directly to book.
